Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You received an incorrect item
• Your order arrived damaged
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier

All refund requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence.

Non-Refundable Items

For safety, quality, and compliance reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Final sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery at Support@celltide.co Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, a replacement or refund may be issued
after investigation. Shipping delays caused by carriers do not qualify as lost packages.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping, if applicable, is the responsibility
of the customer unless the error was on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped,
it cannot be canceled or refunded.
